The frontal I received was very soft and shiny. I ordered the frontal on Monday night and the shipment arrived at my home on Thursday morning. The vendor messaged me every day up until my shipment arrived to provide status updates and hair care tips. I would highly recommend this vendor and frontal to anyone. I will be ordering more soon.
